And Im still down about 10 lbs. Not great but does fall within the "normal" weight loss limits of about 2lbs per week. The next week or so will be critical to reaching my goal of losing 20 lbs. in about 15 weeks. Ive got about 10 weeks left to lose another 10 lbs. A pound a week is very doable- Ive just go to do it! Half Way to Weight Loss Goal!
Considering that the average person should be able to lose 1 to 2 pounds of fat per week; Im very proud to tell you that I have lost 10 lbs. in 20 days. Is it 10lbs of fat? No. But I have increased my protein intake and increased the frequency of strength training - so there is no muscle loss either. That leaves water weight. And Im OK with that! Day 6 begins and Im down 5 1/2 lbs.

I weigh every morning on a scale that also provides my body fat % as a bonus. I track these numbers; Ive done this for several years now. Today is Friday January 7th and Im down 5.5 lbs with no change (yet) in body fat at 27%.
