Then when wed morning arrived I went to the  temple of the Goddess Kali; Tonya in Hindu.

Q: Why did you initially choose Energy Fitness?
A:I came to Energy Fitness simply to improve my lifestyle. I was not happy with the direction i was headed in and therefore needed a change. oh yeah...and I had a wedding date coming up so I wanted to look my best!
Q: What are you getting out of your workouts or how are we helping you work towards your goals?
A: What I am getting out of my workouts is the ability to increase my energy levels and feel better about myself. My personal trainer, sets my goals each week by keeping track of my progress and making note of my weaknesses. this way each week I find myself improving in a different area of fitness. This, in combination with good motivation tends to leave me feeling very good at the end of each day instead of sluggish.

Billy -
Age: 82
Q: Why did you initially choose Energy Fitness?
A: I was referred by a friend, Joe had a stroke. tried a trainer or two and didn't know what they were doing. Other trainers would put me on the treadmill for 30 minutes and i can do that on my own. I am in better physical shape now. Tonya makes me do things i would never do on my own. I have muscular degeneration and exercise helps my vision by making blood flow to my eyes better.
Billy's wife, Betty Sue "nobody does it like Tonya, I have tried others." Betty Sue tells Tonya often that she is very special to Billy and her.
