Memphis Personal Training-Energy Fitness, Tonya Tittle says do this to get and stay skinny.
Why are you worried about what your spouse is gonna eat if you are the one trying to lose weight. Cook what you need to eat to get skinny and healthy and make everyone else eat it or fend for themselves.
You are ultimately the one responsible for what goes in your mouth. Don’t succumb to the pressure to eat from other people at either family gatherings, outings with friends or coworkers.
Think about it in terms of months. Look at the list below to see the excuse you may be using for each month:
- January- New Year’s Day & recovering from holiday eating and parties, Tu B’Shvat
- February – Valentines Day- candy, chocolate, sweets
- March – Spring Break, Weddings, Spring, Passover
- April – Easter Holiday,
- May - Memorial Day, Mother’s Day
- June – Father’s Day
- July – Independence Day
- August – nothing?
- September Labor Day, Weddings, Rosh Hashanah
- October - Weddings, nothing else?
- November – Thanksgiving
- December – Christmas, Hanukkah
*Other celebrations in which food is always involved: birthday parties (adults and kids), baby showers, wedding showers, graduations, retiring, promotions, funerals, sporting events/tailgating, reunions and on and on and on…………..
C’mon do you really need to always celebrate with shoving food in your mouth? JUST SAY NO!!!!
If you can’t say no to the food then your butt needs to make an appointment with a personal trainer, like me or my staff. We will stay on you to be more mindful of your eating and work the dog out of you when you have your weekly sessions.
The trainers here at Energy Fitness in Downtown Memphis know how to get results from our clients fast and safe.
