Mark is an account rep for Beckman Coulter Primary Diagonostics. While that job keeps him busy, he also holds the above title for the company. He always wanted his own business and when Mark married Tonya he always said he wanted to "exploit her knowledge and expertise". If it weren't for Mark and his day job Energy Fitness would not had ever been opened. Thanks Mark!

Mark keeps the staff on task by offering his business knowledge in order to help make Memphis a healthier city. He also does a lot of behind the scenes work to keep Energy Fitness operating at the best of it's ability. He is a great motivator and is always spreading the word to anyone that will listen that everyone needs a personal trainer. Even if it's only one time with a trainer you will learn something to help you get closer to your goal.
